Payment Options
- Credit Card online
- Check - Use the code MDTPayByCheck24 to pay via check and avoid the Sports Engine credit card fees. However, if paying by check, payment must be received in 7 days of registration or you'll lose your spot. Send the check to PO BOX 5523 San Clemente, CA 92674
- Cancellations - You may cancel for a full refund of the registration fee if you cancel by May 5th (less credit card fee if applicable)
- Wait List - If a level is full, please register for the waitlist. No payment required to be on the waitlist. There are often teams that are juggling their team count. We always allow at least a few teams in.

- USA Softball Championship Roster (with signatures)
- USA Softball Player & Coach ID cards (with photos)
- Acknowledgment of reading and distribution of SCGS UIC Letter (attached)
- Proof of insurance
